The Efficacy of SECI Model for the Training of High School Teachers in Relation to Gender Equality in Vietnam

چکیده

Vietnamese government policy has been one of complete equality opportunity in schools and wider society, both as a commitment to social justice way enhancing the economy nation by facilitating encouraging much greater inclusion women economic activity. One main aims work was trial programmes training for teachers teacher education students about gender using model Socialisation, Externalisation, Combination Internalisation (SECI), first developed Japan, which integrates knowledge acquisition with learning activities (Nonaka Takeuchi, 1995). The response programme SECI positive, suggesting that this approach may be an effective Initial Teacher Education Continuing Professional Development High School Teachers Vietnam.
