The Efficacy of SECI Model for the Training of High School Teachers in Relation to Gender Equality in Vietnam

Vietnamese government policy has been one of complete equality opportunity in schools and wider society, both as a commitment to social justice way enhancing the economy nation by facilitating encouraging much greater inclusion women economic activity.
